Dine Out is a module in Food and Beverage Services prepared for junior and/or senior high school students of the Technical-Vocational Livelihood track. This module aims to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitude relevant in preparing the dining area of a restaurant for service; welcoming guests and taking food and beverage orders; promoting food and beverage products; providing food and beverage orders to guests; providing room services; and receiving and handling guests’ concerns. The contents of this module are based on the K to 12 Curriculum Guide of the DepEd and TESDA that leads to National Certificate Level II (NC II).
