HR Assistant
Job Requirement
- Atleast 2 years of working experience in any related job.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or any equivalent 4-years course .
- With Excellent written and oral communication skill in english.
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- adept at using MS office.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with various department (Editorial, marketing, production, sales, admin).
- Coordinate with range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance.
- Recruit staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application form, shortlisting applications, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Develop and implement policies on issues and promotion.
- Undertake regular salary reviews.
- Administer payroll and maintain employee records.
- Interpret and advise on employment law.
- Deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures.
- Develop HR planning strategies, which involve immediate and long-term staff requirements.
- Plan and sometimes facilitate official meetings or training.
- Monitor office supplies and equipment.
- Perform general work and other tasks assigned from time to time.
- administer and process government-mandated benefits.
