Spice - Training Module for TESDA NCII Cookery

DESCRIPTION

Cookery is one of the specializations offered under Home Economics (HE) track in Technical Vocational Livelihood field. It has two modules—Spice 9 and Spice 10. These two modules cover the necessary information and skills needed to prepare students in acquiring National Certificate (NC) II.

This module is aligned to K to 12 curriculum of the Department of Education (DepEd). It includes the following competencies: (1) cleaning and maintaining kitchen tools, equipment, and premises; (2) preparing appetizers; (3) preparing salads and dressings; (4) preparing sandwiches; and (6) packaging prepared food.
